Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and a brief explanation of why you would like to return or exchange your item.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items in their original, unopened packaging and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the parcel before shipping it back to us.
Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods to ensure they meet our hygiene standards, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
